Come in out of the cold and have a delicious hot dinner in the Louisville High School cafeteria catered by Carrabba’s Italian Grill and support your local athletes. Once again, Carrabba’s Italian Grill will be hosting the Louisville Athletics Booster Club Benefit Dinner being held on Wednesday, March 18, 2015. There will be a seating at 5:30 p.m. and one at 6:30 p.m.

100% of the proceeds will go to the Louisville High School athletic teams. Just a few of the items the Louisville Athletics Booster Club provides the Louisville High School athletic teams are new warm-ups and sports bags as needed and new equipment. It also helps pay for special training for the athletes and pizzas and cake for each team’s senior night.

The menu for the benefit dinner will include chicken marsala, penne pomodoro, fresh house salad, bread, dessert and a beverage. Tickets are $15 a person and are available at the Louisville Athletic Office, Beatty’s Sport Shop or by calling me, Renee Vacha, at 330-277-7907. If you can’t stay for dinner, carry-outs are available. The final date for ticket sales is March 11, 2015, and there will be no door sales.

The Louisville Athletics Booster Club meets the first Monday of every month at 8:00 p.m. If you are interested or have any questions, please call Tim Walters at 330-312-5352.

Louisville resident and art instructor Kathy Pugh took advantage of Sunday/Monday’s wet snow. She was having a little Snowy Artistic Fun in preparation for the duct tape sculpture that the Juilliard Arts Center will be creating for the Canton Ballet’s March production of the “Little Mermaid.”

We Wish You a Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas

The Constitution Queen and Court often volunteer to help out at various local events during the year. Recently the Queen and Court were assisting Santa at Louisville Public Library, and then were at Light Up Louisville to paint faces at the Louisville-Nimishillen Historical Society. Queen Isabel and Court wish everyone a very Merry Christmas.
