Retirees Recognized for Years of Service to Louisville City Schools

On Monday evening, May 19th, the Louisville Kiwanis Club and the Louisville Board of Education honored 10 employees who retired during the 2013-2014 school year. Following a reception in their honor, each retiring employee received a plaque thanking them for their many years of service to the Louisville City Schools. The following were honored:

Certified

  • Shirley Gibson 25 years of service, Middle School Computer Teacher
  • Cheryl Linhart 15 years of service, Louisville Elementary Intervention Specialist
  • Lorraine Kress 32 years of service, Louisville Elementary Teacher Grade 3
  • Jeff Prusha 35 years of service, Louisville Middle/High Sch. Librarian
  • Becky Sliter 38 years of service, Louisville Elementary Teacher Kindergarten
  • Cathy Wenger 16 years of service, High School Spanish Teacher

  • Dave Eichelberger 10 years of service, High School Custodian
  • Terry Gatts 39 years of service, North Nimishillen Custodian
  • Carol Kocher 21 years of service, High School Secretary
  • Lorelei Lopick 25 years of service, North Nimishillen Secretary.
